I feel like I finally have some consistency between my weeks, in terms of work, working out, extra social media work but I can’t help but wish I had more times to do the extra work because I actually really enjoy. If I could, I would make a youtube everyday but the actual making/editing etc takes a lot of time and to those who do it alongside a full time job - kudos to you!
Recipe of the Week
This week is one of my favourite recipes from gousto..
Baked sweet potato biryani with cultured coconut. What I love about this recipe service is that it’s exciting, actually makes me look forward to my evening meals and means I have to do little thinking about what to eat for dinner.
Outfit of the Week
I bought two things that were on my wish list this week and I am IN LOVE. I think they are the perfect spring additions, now I just need to wait for spring to arrive…

Workout of the Week
I really do love upper body sessions (more so then legs, which I know is controversial) so I’m going to share upper body workout I did this week!
Warm up: 1km row
Deficit press ups 4 sets x 8 reps
Bent over barbell rows 4 sets x 8 reps
Overhead press 4 sets x 8 reps
Chest press 4 sets x 8 reps

Thought for the week ahead
I am launching my Bridal Journey series today and it’s something I’m actually nervous about - maybe because I don’t think anyone will actually sign up for it (it’s a paid service). But I really do enjoy writing and sharing my journey with you and if you like these weekly newsletters then its essentially this (but a wedding version haha)
